Thank you for choosing Piplleads. We are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are handled.

General Policy

All payments for our services are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.
Once work has begun on your account (e.g., campaign setup, content creation, or SEO audit), services are considered delivered and are not eligible for a refund.

Exceptions

We may issue a partial or full refund in rare cases, including:
  • Service not delivered due to technical or operational failure on our part;
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors;
  • Mutual agreement to terminate services early.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to i@piplleads.com within 14 days of the charge or service start date.

Subscription Services

For monthly subscription plans:
  • You may cancel at any time;
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle;
  • No refunds are issued for partial months already paid.
One-Time Projects

One-time services (e.g., SEO audit, content package, ad setup) are final sale and not eligible for refunds once work has started.
